This exuberant panda features images and elements from Mardi Gras and Carnivale celebrations from different parts of the world, including Brazil, the Bahamas, St. Thomas, Jamaica, and New Orleans. The name of the panda translates to a famous Mardi Gras slogan, "Let the Good Times Roll!"
