We're not sure where the name of this panda comes from, but according to the artist it's a representation "the spiderweb of life." On the front, there is a menagerie of insects, including a honeybee that the artist uses to symbolize life and sunshine, a ladybug that represents good luck, and a dragonfly that represents grace and the ephemeral nature of life. The back of the panda shows Washington as a city in harmony with itself.
