The name of this panda comes from its sponsor, the Museum of Bags, which offers "educational and compelling exhibitions and programs that will change forever the way that visitors of all ages and interests look at a bag" (we're not making this up). The artist chose the design "to reflect the many thousands of bags which can be found throughout history," and the panda itself features many different bag designs, in the trees and elsewhere.
